Characteristics of Nickel 400
  • nickel-400 is a single-phase solid solution nickel-copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to a variety of media
  • As expected. The nickel content is between 63-70%, with high strength and corrosion resistance. Another major element is copper, which will help with heat dissipation and strength
  • Its corrosion resistance is very good in reducing environments, but poor in oxidizing conditions.
  • It is resistant to most alkali, salt, water, food, organic matter and atmospheric conditions at normal and high temperatures

Short Destription:

Nickel400 is a nickel-containing alloy with good corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and processing properties, which is widely used in Marine engineering, chemical industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, food processing and other fields. It can be processed hot and cold, good welding performance. It can be annealed and cold-worked to improve its properties.
