Short Destription:

TC11 alloy is an α-β type heat-strength titanium alloy with good comprehensive properties. It has excellent heat-strength properties (high temperature strength, creep resistance, etc.) below 500°C, and has high room temperature strength. The alloy also has good thermal processing properties (including conventional process properties and superplasticity) and can be welded and machined in various ways. At present, with the continuous expansion of the application of TC11 alloy, the β heat treatment and isothermal forging of this alloy have been rapidly developed.The alloy is mainly used to manufacture compressor disks, blades, drums and other parts of aeroengines, and can also be used to manufacture aircraft structural parts. Through thermal deformation in the α+β zone and heat treatment in the α+β zone, the maximum long-term operating temperature of the TC11 alloy obtained is 500°C. The semi-finished products produced include bars, forgings, die forgings and castings, etc.
