Characteristics of MP35N
  • High temperature performance: MP35N alloy has high thermal stability, can work in high temperature and high pressure environment, and is not susceptible to thermal aging.
  • High strength: The tensile strength of MP35N alloy at 600℃ reached 2060MPa, with good mechanical properties.
  • Wear resistance: MP35N alloy has good wear resistance and can work under friction conditions of high strength, high speed and high pressure.
  • Corrosion resistance: MP35N alloy has very high corrosion resistance and can withstand strong acid, strong alkali and high temperature for a long time.

 

Short Destription:

MP35N alloy is a non-magnetic nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy with unique ultra-high tensile strength (up to 300ksi[2068MPa]), good ductility and toughness, and very good corrosion resistance. In addition, the alloy shows remarkable resistance to vulcanization, high-temperature oxidation and hydrogen embrittlement. The unique properties of MP35N are obtained through work hardening, phase transformation and aging. If the alloy is used under fully work-hardened conditions, the operating temperature is -200 to 315°C, with a maximum recommended temperature of 750 ° F (399 °C).
